Drawing is the bedrock of every great piece of art. Before we dive into vibrant acrylics or detailed oils, we need to get comfortable with the basics. My sessions focus on the 'Easiest Way to Paint' methodology, which breaks down complex subjects into simple geometric forms, light sources, and shadow gradients.

What You Will Learn

We spend dedicated time on:

• Pencil Control: Mastering different pressures to achieve smooth gradients, which are essential for realistic shading.
• Form and Perspective: Learning to see objects as 3D shapes on a 2D surface.
• Light and Shadow: Understanding core shadows, cast shadows, and highlights that give your work depth.
• Charcoal and Graphite: Experimenting with different mediums to see how texture changes your finished drawing.
