Beyond the blueprints, I explore the 'why' of space. This is a collection of my thoughts, articles, and moments of mentoring that shape how I create.

A short film that beautifully captures my journey and design philosophy. I believe in creating living ecosystems, and it is an honor to be recognized as a visionary architect shaping spaces for change.

I am grateful to be featured in Art and Design Dimensions magazine. The article, titled 'Architectural Alchemy', gave me a chance to pause and reflect on my journey and the fusion of art and design that defines my practice.

A page from my feature, discussing the pivotal role of projects like 1 Shanthi Road in my architectural evolution. It was through such projects that I began to explore how ordinary spaces can spark creativity and artistic exchange.

In this article, I discuss two key projects: the Soma House, a sanctuary for repose, and the Ashadeep School, a space for relational learning. Each project, though different, reflects my core belief in creating architecture with a clear purpose.

The article delves into my material palette, which is drawn from a desire to express honesty and authenticity. I also share my thoughts on encouraging the younger generation of architects to embrace the challenges of the profession.

A wonderful and interactive session with first-year architecture students at Villa Soham. Answering their endless questions and seeing the space through their fresh eyes is always a deeply rewarding experience.

The central gathering space at Villa Soham proved to be a perfect communion space for a large group of students. The multi-level design allowed for an engaging and dynamic interaction.

About My Voice: Philosophy, Press & Pedagogy

Architecture is not just building; it is a conversation between the site, the inhabitants, and the environment. These articles and lectures are not merely reflections on past projects like 1 Shanthi Road or the Ashadeep School. They are the scaffolding for how I approach your space, proving that true design comes from understanding the living ecosystem we inhabit rather than imposing a singular style.
