About Kickboxing & MMA Fitness
We start every session with high-intensity conditioning, such as push-ups and flexibility stretches, to prepare your body before moving to kick-punch combinations on heavy bags. You will learn to use focus mitts and protective gear during controlled sparring, ensuring you build actual strength rather than just going through the motions.
Training here is about building a warrior spirit. It is not about looking good in the mirror, but about how you perform on the mats. We follow a strict system that balances fitness with technical skill.
Our Training Structure
- Conditioning: We use old-school drills to build stamina, flexibility, and core strength. Expect to sweat, but that is part of the process.
- Technique: I focus on form above everything. Whether it is Taekwondo kicks or MMA striking, we break it down until you get it right. That is when you will hear a 'Bahut badhiya' from me.
- Sparring: Safety is the priority. We use headguards and chest guards for controlled, light-contact sessions so you can practice your defense against a real partner in a safe environment.
We operate training centers in Patparganj, Vaishali, Vasundhara, and Chander Nagar. If you cannot make it to the centre, I also provide private home sessions where I bring the equipment directly to you. Beginners are welcome, and we offer separate batches for kids and adults. Come ready to work hard and stay consistent.
