Progress in my Taekwondo class is not about rushing to the next belt. It is about nailing the fundamentals—your stance, your balance, and your breathing—before moving to complex maneuvers. When you are ready, we transition to controlled board breaking, which acts as the ultimate test of your power, accuracy, and mental focus.
Building Your Skills
Taekwondo is more than just a sport; it is a complete system for self-improvement. In my classes, we start with the basics: footwork, proper guarding stances, and basic strikes. As you progress, we integrate more technical movements, including the tornado kick and roundhouse combinations, which you see in our training gallery.
The Belt System & Grading
I run a traditional belt system. This structure helps students track their growth and stay committed to the process. Each grading session is a milestone that requires discipline. Whether you are a kid learning to focus or an adult looking to improve your fitness, the belt system provides a clear roadmap for your development.
Training Locations & Format
We conduct group batches at our training centers in Patparganj and other nearby locations in Delhi NCR. If you prefer, I also offer personal 1-on-1 coaching at your home, society, or school. These sessions are tailored to your specific goals, whether that is weight loss, self-defense, or mastering specific techniques.
