About Building the Foundation: Drills, Fitness & Technique

Forget typical gym machines. To build a fighter’s strength, we go back to the basics: Indian pushups (dand), squats, and jump rope. This isn't just about breaking a sweat; it’s about fixing your posture, strengthening your core, and ensuring you can hold your guard up when you’re tired. You’ll feel the difference in your stability and endurance within your first week of training.
