About For Boys & Girls of All Ages
You'll see a change within the first three months. We don't just teach punches; we work on breaking the shyness that many kids walk in with. By the time they master the stance and basic footwork, you’ll notice them standing taller and speaking with real self-belief both inside and outside the ring.
Boxing is not just about fights; it is a tool for life. Whether your child is shy, struggling with focus, or just wants to get fit, the ring provides the discipline they need. We start with the basics—stance, footwork, and the four main punches—using traditional Indian floor exercises and pushups to build raw strength instead of relying on machines.
Every session is designed to make them stronger mentally and physically. We have a professional US-style ring, which allows us to teach real technical drills, counter-punching, and defensive skills. Safety is our priority, so beginners start with non-contact drills, while those training for competitions move into supervised sparring.
We prepare kids for state and national championships, but even if they never step into a competitive bout, the character they build is the true win.
