I do not just teach you how to punch. I build the technique, discipline, and fighter mindset you need to succeed in the ring.

This is the core of my belief. No one can defeat you until you lose to yourself. In our sessions, we train the body, but more importantly, we build a fighter's mind that refuses to quit.

I was honored to be appointed as the Head of the Training Department for the Indian Boxing Council in Mumbai. I bring this professional, high-level experience to every client, whether you're a beginner or a pro looking to compete.

A good counter-attack doesn't just stop your opponent, it shifts the entire fight in your favor. I teach you how to read the move, block effectively, and fire back with a clean, sharp combination that puts you in control.

Ram Ram sabhi ko. Footwork is everything in boxing. It's not just about moving your feet, it's about creating angles, managing distance, and staying balanced. Here, I'm guiding a student through drills that build a solid foundation for ring control.

To last every round, you need explosive power. This is a look at the kind of high-intensity conditioning we do. We use tools like barbell landmines, resistance bands, and medicine balls to build functional strength that translates directly to the ring.

This is the best feeling for a coach. Here I am with my student after her victory in an international match in Bangladesh. I don't just train fighters; I prepare them mentally and strategically to win on any stage.

This is my brother's comeback story. After a severe knee injury, they said he might not walk again, let alone fight. With dedication and the right training, he made his professional debut and won. The comeback is always stronger than the setback.

About this collection

I train beginners and pros with the same core philosophy: basics first. Whether you are working on your footwork with agility drills or focusing on punch combinations, we start by ensuring your technique is sound so you generate power from your hips, not just your arms.

Whether you are stepping into a boxing gym for the first time or looking to sharpen your skills for a professional bout, my training focuses on building a fighter from the ground up.

The Foundation of a Fighter

Boxing is often misunderstood as just throwing punches. In my sessions, we prioritize stance, balance, and weight distribution. I use specific tools like floor markings and weight plates to correct the common mistake of putting too much weight on the front foot, which kills your power and balance. We build your game on movement first.

Skill Development

Once the foundation is set, we move to reaction drills, pad work, and defense. You will learn to treat a fight like a chess match. This means understanding how to read your opponent, use head movement, and effectively counter-attack. We break down every movement into steps so you can master jabs, pivots, and hooks.

Conditioning for the Ring

Technical skill is nothing without endurance. Our workouts integrate explosive strength training using resistance bands, medicine balls, and circuit drills. This ensures that your power remains consistent from the first round to the last, preparing you for the demands of the sport.
