About Ladies-Only Batches

Every session follows a consistent, effective flow designed to give you a full-body workout. We dedicate the first 40 minutes to high-energy dance cardio—using Bollywood, Latin, and Pop beats—followed by 20 minutes of mat-based floor work to focus on core and thigh strength. You don't need any prior dance experience to join, just your energy and comfortable clothes.
