- Choreography: Routines use official ZIN volumes mixed with custom simplified variations for easier following.
Music & Style
- Playlist: High-energy mix of Reggaeton, Cumbia, and Merengue interspersed with trending Bollywood and Tollywood tracks.
- Instruction Style: Uses vocal cues and high energy prompts with a focus on sweat and movement rather than technical perfection.
Facility Details
- Flooring: Laminated wooden flooring designed to be knee-safe for dance movements.
- Equipment: Studio equipped with full-length mirrors for self-correction and industrial ventilation fans.
- Amenities: Access to shared changing rooms within the badminton court complex.
Monthly 12-Session Pass
Schedule & Validity
- 12 Sessions: Valid for one calendar month with a frequency of 3 classes per week.
- Missed Classes: Moderate flexibility allowing make-up classes within the active month if a slot is missed, subject to batch availability.
Progression Metrics
- Routine Mastery: Choreography is taught and retained over 2 to 3 weeks, allowing members to learn steps and increase intensity compared to drop-in users.
- Community Access: Inclusion in the student coordination group for song requests, class updates, and event notifications.

- Storage: Open cubby storage available for bags and shoes inside the studio.
- Parking: Availability for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers at the complex premises.

My Dance Fitness Vibe
For me, dance is just life. I get a kick out of seeing people light up when they move, and honestly, nothing beats the buzz in the room when everyone’s vibing together. Sometimes folks even joke, "na maama, unga aattathukku oore aadume" (hey man, the whole town will dance to your moves) - that’s totally the energy I go for.
What To Expect In Class
It’s basically a party where you end up fitter by accident. The music’s always loud, the moves are official Zumba (I’m a licensed ZIN™ instructor), and we go all out with international beats – Reggaeton, Cumbia, and whatever gets you grooving. I use official ZIN™ playlists, so every track is legit high energy. People of all backgrounds join in, so no one’s judging if you mess up a step (trust me, nobody cares).
Just Show Up And Move
I’m not into perfection. If you’ve got two left feet, super. My only rule? Be better than yesterday. Come sweaty, leave happier. Whether you call it getting skinny or just feeling good, it’s all about movement.
More About My Classes
You’ll find me at a studio in Whitefield, Bangalore. I’m part of the local ZIN™ crew, and sometimes we do zinduo sessions with another instructor for extra madness. If you’re after a group dance workout in Bangalore that feels like a dance party fitness session, you’ll fit right in.

Mahesh Rao
My Story
Hey, I’m Mahesh. Dancing is my thing, always has been. Got my Zumba license, proud ZIN member, but it’s more than that. Once got to choreograph a wild flash mob for Independence Day with kids from an orphanage—pure madness, pure joy. When I’m not dancing, I’m biking somewhere, maybe Goa, maybe Bali, or just chilling with my beagle. Life’s about catching your own beat, wherever you are.
My Work
What I do - I teach Zumba, Bollywood, Folk, Freestyle. I also choreograph weddings, corporate events, and dance shows.
How my classes feel - It’s always fun-filled Bollywood choreography or Zumba—90 minutes of dancing, sweating, laughing. You’ll leave smiling.
ZIN duo Zumba classes - Me and my partner bring crazy energy, wild music. Join our ZIN duo for high energy dance workshops.
Corporate dance events - Love mixing IT with ART. Choreographed for big teams, like Kannada Rajotsava, across all age groups.
Dance productions - I create full-on dance productions, like KALKI, exploring stories and folk dance production through movement.
