This is the energy I bring to every single class. It's all about letting loose, feeling the music, and enjoying a high-energy solo dance workout. As a licensed ZIN instructor, I use official Zumba tracks to make sure you have fun while you get fit.
Teaming up with fellow ZIN instructors is one of my favorite things to do. Here's a look at a Cumbia routine that brings triple the energy. These collaborations make our Bangalore dance fitness sessions feel like a real party.

You will notice my classes are less about nailing the choreography perfectly and more about the sweat, the music, and the vibe. Whether you are doing a solo session or joining our group, the goal is simple: be better than you were yesterday. No judgment, just pure movement.
Dance fitness is what I do, but the studio vibe is what makes it stick. I operate out of Studio La-Sica in Whitefield, and it is built for exactly this energy. When you step in for a 60-minute session, expect a mix of official Zumba tracks—think Reggaeton, Cumbia, and Merengue—blended with the best of Bollywood and Tollywood.
I am a licensed ZIN™ member, so every move is backed by official training, but I always mix in my own variations to make sure everyone, from beginners to pros, can keep up. It is not about being skinny or perfect. It is about catching your own beat. We keep the flooring knee-safe, the fans blasting, and the volume high.
