Why I Dance, Why I Teach
Dance is in my blood, yaar. I left Haryana and landed in Bangalore just to chase this crazy passion. For me, fitness means celebration - not some boring routine. My classes? More like a fitness party, where you sweat, laugh, and basically do full-on masti (unfiltered fun).
What to Expect in Class
- Every session is different - one day it’s Zumba for beginners, next day you’re grooving to a full-on Bollywood dance workout or shaking things up with Bhangra fitness routines.
- Bollytwist is my style, mixing retro and new Bollywood with simple choreography. No stress, bas enjoy karo!
- I throw in Tollywood, Kannada, and Afro tracks too so the vibe never gets dull.
- It’s always a group dance session - we cheer each other, sometimes mess up together, but always have fun.
Who Can Join?
Anyone, literally. Even if you’ve never danced before or feel awkward, it’s cool. I keep steps easy and focus on feeling the music, not being perfect. If you’re looking for a place where fitness means community and laughter, you’ll fit right in.
Special Vibes
Sometimes, I host masterclasses and big weekend dance parties in Bangalore and Faridabad. These are next-level, high-energy sessions - full-on bhasad (chaotic fun).
My students, honestly, are my jigar da tukda (piece of my heart). You bring the energy, I bring the beats - together, we make magic.

My Story
Hey, I’m Yug. HR se BLR tak (from HR to Bangalore), but asli mein (truly), I’m a dancer at heart. Used to scroll through reels, now I’m sharing the stage with my dance idols—still feels unreal, yaar! All thanks to my mentors, my crazy team, my students. Jab milte hain, kuch dhamaka ho hi jata hai (whenever we meet, something explosive happens). Dancing for me? Pure joy, pure energy. Sach me, dil khush ho gya!
