This is the energy I bring to every single class. It's all about letting loose, feeling the music, and enjoying a high-energy solo dance workout. As a licensed ZIN instructor, I use official Zumba tracks to make sure you have fun while you get fit.

For me, fitness isn't about a certain look, it's about feeling strong and being better than I was yesterday. This is the result of consistent, joyful movement, and it's a feeling I want all my students to experience.
About Solo Routines & Fitness
You won't find rigid drills here. My sessions at Studio La-Sica are designed to make you sweat while you lose yourself in the music. We focus on ZIN-official choreography that moves from high-intensity bursts to steady grooves, making sure you leave the floor smiling and energized, not just exhausted.
Dance fitness is my way of staying sane and keeping life interesting. When we get moving, it's not about hitting every step with perfect technique. It is about the vibe, the sweat, and the progress you make over time.
Why This Style Works
I use official ZIN™ choreography, which means the tracks are designed to get your heart rate up without you realizing it. We mix high-intensity Latin beats like Reggae and Cumbia with the high-energy Bollywood tracks that we all love. It's essentially a 60-minute cardio party.
My Philosophy on Movement
I often hear people say they can't dance or they have two left feet. That is perfectly fine. The goal isn't to look like a pro performer. The goal is to be better than you were yesterday. If you come in, move around, and leave smiling, we have done our job.
The Setup at Studio La-Sica
I hold my sessions at the Machaxi Play9 Sports Centre in Whitefield. We use the laminated wooden flooring there, which is critical because it offers the right grip and cushioning for your knees. Concrete or tile floors can be brutal on joints, especially with the jumping and turning involved in Zumba. We also have full-length mirrors, which are great for self-correction as you learn the routines over the course of a few weeks.
