Want to feel the vibe of a real dance party? My group and duo sessions are all about high energy, loud music, and moving together. We leave the perfection at the door and focus on sweating it out, laughing, and having a blast.
Teaming up with fellow ZIN instructors is one of my favorite things to do. Here's a look at a Cumbia routine that brings triple the energy. These collaborations make our Bangalore dance fitness sessions feel like a real party.

About Group & Duo Sessions
When I pair up with another instructor for a duo session, the dynamic in the room shifts completely. It is not just about watching one person lead—you are getting two different energies and styles hitting you at once. We mix in Reggaeton, Cumbia, and Bollywood beats, which keeps the tempo high and everyone on their toes. These sessions move faster than a standard solo class because we feed off each other's rhythm, making it the perfect workout if you want to push your cardio a bit further while having a total blast.
Why Group Sessions Hit Different
The magic of these sessions isn't just the choreography. When you dance in a group or follow a duo routine, the energy in the room amplifies. It becomes infectious. You stop thinking about whether your steps look 'perfect'—which, honestly, nobody is watching anyway—and start focusing on the beat and the sweat. - Studio Environment: We host these sessions at Studio La-Sica in Whitefield. We have laminated wooden flooring (your knees will thank you) and full-length mirrors so you can see your progress.
- Consistency & Progression: If you join the monthly 12-session pass, we work on routine progression. This means we build up muscle memory over the month, making the choreography easier to follow and more intense as we go.
