We transform commercial spaces into living, breathing environments that tell a story. From rooftop culinary studios to private lounges, we focus on adaptive architecture that blends nature with functional design.

A moody, green-paneled private lounge we designed for Sunrise. The space features our custom vintage silhouette furniture, brick flooring, and tinted mirrors to create an atmosphere of quiet glamour and intimacy.

This rooftop culinary studio in Bangalore was designed as a modern Victorian conservatory. The iron and glass structure creates a light filled space for culinary events, furnished with an eclectic mix of our custom pieces.

Another view of the conservatory, showing how the space integrates with nature. A tree grows through the room, enhancing the connection to the outdoors and complementing the curated furniture and decor.

The glass ceiling and walls of the rooftop studio offer views of the surrounding tree canopy. We designed the layout with varied seating arrangements to accommodate everything from intimate dinners to larger design workshops.

An adaptive event space we designed with a focus on flexibility. The industrial metal architecture, combined with comfortable lounge seating and string lights, creates a breezy and easy to configure rooftop venue.

About Commercial & Hospitality Design

For our hospitality projects, we often start by identifying the hidden potential of a site, such as rooftops or forgotten corridors, transforming them into adaptive spaces through structural interventions like iron and glass conservatories. We focus on how light moves through these materials throughout the day to ensure the environment feels dynamic and alive, rather than static.
