Baby Sitter Studio Session
Session Specs
- Duration: 45 to 90 minutes (dependent on baby's mood).
- Location: Climate-controlled home studio.
- Setups: 2 distinct looks included (1 Classic Portrait with solid backdrop, 1 Creative Theme like Pilot, Chef, or Boho).
- Wardrobe: Access to studio client closet for baby outfits (rompers, bonnets, hats). Parents must bring their own attire.
Deliverables
- Images: 10-12 professionally retouched high-resolution digital files.
- Gallery: Private cloud link for image selection.
- Props: Use of sanitized wicker baskets, furs, and wooden toys.
- Scope: Primary focus is on solo baby shots; parents included in maximum 1-2 headshots.
First Birthday & Cake Smash
Event Structure
- Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours (includes setup and cleanup).
- Decor: Elaborate backdrop styling with 'ONE' signage, color-coordinated balloon arch, paper bunting, and fairy lights.
- Flow:
- Pre-smash formal family portraits (clean clothes).
- Solo baby portraits.
- The messy cake smash activity.
- Optional bubble bath/tub shots for cleanup.
Deliverables
- Images: 20-25 high-resolution digital images.
- Video: 1 short unedited video reel/teaser for social media.
- Print: 1 A4 size framed print as a keepsake.
Important Notes
- The Cake: Client must bring the cake to ensure allergy safety. Provider supplies cake stand and topper.
- Mess Management: Studio handles all post-session cleanup.
Hybrid Family Studio & Outdoor Session
Session Logistics
- Duration: 3 hours total split interaction.
- Locations: Hybrid approach. Part 1 in-studio for posed lighting; Part 2 at a nearby public park or garden for lifestyle shots.
- Styling: Expert guidance on color coordination. Clients must arrive hair and makeup ready.
Coverage Scope
- Full family group portraits.
- Candid sibling interactions.
- Parent-child breakdowns (Mommy & Me, Daddy & Me).
- Couple portraits for the parents (assistant included to manage children during these shots).
Deliverables
- Images: 30-35 high-resolution digital images (Mix of Color and B&W).
- Editing: Includes detailed skin retouching and under-eye correction for adults.
- Tech: Use of fast prime lenses for background blur (bokeh) in outdoor shots.
