Our Rhythm and Groove program moves beyond basic steps. We focus on a structured progression, starting with pre-primary confidence building and evolving into serious music theory and professional dance practices for older students. It is about giving every child the tools to own their rhythm.
We design our 40-45 minute sessions to be a total development experience. It starts with physical warm-ups and gymnastics for flexibility. Then, we dive into rhythm theory, beat counting, and coordination drills. We even include meditation, because focus is just as important as movement. By the time students reach the performance stage, they are not just copying moves; they are understanding the music.
From partners like Lumbini International Public School to St. Mark's, we integrate western dance, music, and sports to keep students engaged. We do quarterly assessments to track progress, ensuring that every kid gets individual attention. Whether it is a school band event or an inter-school competition, we prepare students to stand out.
