Being a 'photo doula' means I am there to support, not to command. During a sitter session or a toddler shoot, my team and I spend the first few minutes just settling in. We watch the baby's mood. Sometimes that means taking a break to feed, change, or just have a cuddle.

Photography, especially with children, is a team sport. While I focus on framing and light, my assistant is always inches away, dedicated entirely to baby safety and spotting.
