Mastering Kickboxing and Taekwondo Technique
We don't just teach moves here. We build the discipline and mechanical precision that define a true martial artist.
This is what dedication looks like when no one is watching. A student practices her footwork and striking, building the muscle memory and stamina required for excellence.

About Inside the Dojang: Technique & Training
My training focuses on the 'how' behind the 'what.' Whether we are drilling WAKO-style light contact sparring or refining your hip rotation for a cleaner side kick, every minute on our 25mm EVA mats is designed to build muscle memory that holds up under pressure.
True skill in the ring does not come from guessing. It comes from thousands of repetitions of the basics. At Legends, we strip back the flashiness to focus on foundational mechanics—the stance, the footwork, and the timing that actually wins bouts. We follow the WAKO and ITF systems, ensuring that when you throw a punch or kick, you are doing it with purpose, safety, and correct form.
The Training Environment
In our CR Park, Kalkaji, and Faridabad facilities, the environment is strictly for work. We use specialized puzzle mats that protect your joints, allowing us to push harder on agility drills and plyometrics without the worry of impact injuries. We treat every session as a preparation for the real thing, whether you are training for a national championship or just starting your journey.
What We Focus On
- Foundational Mechanics: For beginners, we prioritize the 'Dollyo Chagi' (turning kick) and proper punch alignment. You need to know how to move before you learn to fight.
- Sparring Strategy: For my competition squad, we dial in the 'point fighting mathematics' and tactical distance management.
- Conditioning: Strength and stamina are non-negotiable. If you cannot sustain your intensity for three rounds, your technique will fail.
We do not do filler content. If you join a class, you will sweat, you will receive technical feedback on your form, and you will leave knowing more than when you walked in. This is a space for those who want to understand the science of movement as much as the art of combat.
