Whether you are here for fitness or competitive training, every session follows a structured curriculum that builds real muscle memory and confidence.

We do not believe in fluff. Our women’s kickboxing and self-defense programs are built on the same rigorous standards we use for our competition squad. You will learn the mechanics of striking, defensive footwork, and tactical movement that apply whether you are training for fitness or real-world awareness.

Do I need prior experience? No. We have specific modules for beginners that start with the absolute basics of stance and movement. We meet you where you are and push you to where you can be.
Is this just for fitness? It is for both. You get the HIIT conditioning and caloric burn of a high-intensity workout, but the core of the curriculum is technical combat skill.
Where are the classes held? We run sessions at our C.R. Park and Kalkaji locations in New Delhi, and our Faridabad branch. All locations are fully air-conditioned and equipped for serious work.
