From intimate Urdu storytelling to contemporary dance workshops, these highlights capture the creative energy that fills our South Delhi home.

This is the kind of energy my space was built for. It's a venue where independent theatre thrives, allowing for an intimate connection between performers and the audience, something you can't find in a large auditorium.

My space is an ideal acoustic-friendly venue for indie musicians and bands like the Aahvaan Project. The professional sound panels and intimate setting ensure every note of an original song or story is heard and felt.

The open, flexible layout is perfect for creative workshop rentals. Here you can see a 'Movement for Actors' session where performers have the freedom to explore and interact without the constraints of a fixed stage.

From classical to contemporary, my studio floor is a canvas for dancers. This video shows a Kathak combination, highlighting how the simple, neutral background and professional lighting make the performers the true focus.

I love seeing the space used for traditional arts. This is a glimpse into an Indian classical voice session, with floor seating and instruments like the tanpura and tabla, creating a truly authentic and focused learning environment.

Welcome to Lilanoor. I designed this space to feel more like a warm, inviting 'adda' than a sterile hall. The lamps, rugs, and comfortable seating create a cozy atmosphere for artists and audiences to connect.

The best feedback is a happy audience. This clip from after an Urdu storytelling evening captures the exact feeling I want to foster: a space where art resonates deeply and leaves a lasting impression.

The energy in our dance and movement classes is infectious. The black box setup with its curtain system allows for a focused environment, perfect for groups to learn choreography and express themselves freely.

About Featured

Our space is more than just a venue; it is an intimate 1000 sq ft creative hub in South Extension designed for genuine connection. Whether you need a professional acoustic setup for a musical performance or a flexible open floor for a movement workshop, we provide the lighting, sound, and warm atmosphere that ensures your audience stays focused on the work.

At Lilanoor, we believe art thrives when it has a home, not just a stage. Our space is built for creators, by creators. We have moved away from the sterile feel of large auditoriums to provide a 'black box' setup that feels like an adda—warm, inviting, and intimate.

Why artists choose our space:

  • Acoustics & Tech: We offer a sound-treated room with professional PA systems, mixing consoles, and overhead LED grid lighting. Whether you are hosting a ghazal night or a film screening, the tech is ready for you.
  • Flexibility: The layout is entirely yours to command. Need floor seating for a traditional Baithak or chairs for a lecture? We switch between setups seamlessly.
  • The Vibe: With lamps, rugs, and a cozy aesthetic, we have created an environment where audiences engage deeply with the performance.

We regularly host diverse events ranging from Urdu storytelling evenings and indie musical gigs to Kathak combinations and movement workshops. If you are a performer, facilitator, or indie artist looking for a space in South Delhi that understands the nuance of your craft, our doors are open. We invite you to drop by, see the setup, and join the community we have been building in Masjid Moth.
