I teach children that karate is about more than just punches and kicks. At my Koramangala dojo, we build character, focus, and physical strength through the discipline of traditional Kyokushin Karate.

A glimpse into our kids' batch at the Raclo dojo. We drill basics like Gedan Mawashi Geri (low roundhouse kick) and Age Tsuki (rising punch) until the movements become second nature.

Even outside the dojo, the discipline remains. Here, young students practice their kicking drills and stances, showing the focus that martial arts builds.

Repetition is the key to mastery. This video shows young students practicing their blocking and striking combinations, building muscle memory and coordination.

Core strength is essential for powerful techniques. Our kids' classes include conditioning exercises to build a strong physical base for their karate training.

About Kids Karate: Building Future Champions

I focus on repetition because true discipline is not built in a day. We drill basics like Gedan Mawashi Geri and Age Tsuki until they become muscle memory. It is not about perfect form on day one, but about showing up to the dojo, listening, and trying harder than you did the previous week.
