My Coaching Approach: Taekwondo, Discipline, and Natural Strength
Fitness is a 24/7 mindset, not just a one-hour gym session. I focus on building real strength through consistency, martial arts discipline, and natural training, whether we are in the dojo or an outdoor park.
This is what my coaching is all about: building discipline and focus from a young age. Here, I am guiding my students during an outdoor Taekwondo session, making sure they stand with respect and readiness.
A powerful kick requires more than just strength; it needs technique and control. In this video, you can see me demonstrating a high kick on the punching bag, a core part of our advanced Taekwondo training.
As a certified black belt, I believe in leading by example. This uniform, the dobok, represents years of dedication and my commitment to the art of Taekwondo.
No excuses. Whether it's sunny or raining, the workout must go on. This is my 'desi workout' philosophy in action, using homemade dumbbells to show that you only need determination, not fancy equipment.
Training isn't confined to the four walls of a gym. I often start my day with a run and practice my forms outdoors in my village. This connects me to my roots and reinforces that discipline is a 24/7 mindset.
Preparation is everything. Before any training session, I take the time to wrap my hands properly. This small ritual is a moment of focus, getting the mind and body ready for the hard work ahead.

Based in Delhi NCR, I offer both private sessions and group training where we cover everything from standard World Taekwondo (WT) forms and pad work to functional weight loss and calisthenics. My approach is simple. We start with form. If your RDL is wrong, we fix it. If your kick is sloppy, we drill it until it is clean. This applies to everyone, from kids joining my Taekwondo program in Vasant Vihar to adults looking to get fit naturally at home. You will not find any 'shortcut' diet plans or steroid-fueled advice here. You will get clear guidance on nutrition, discipline, and the hard work required to see actual results.
