About Our World of Cakes
You won't find a drop of vegetable fat in our cakes. We stick to 35% dairy fat cream and authentic Belgian Callebaut chocolate because that is what makes a cake taste like a real treat. Whether you need a small cake for a random Tuesday craving or a detailed custom theme for a big birthday, everything is baked fresh daily in our Koramangala kitchen.
How We Bake
At Krust Café, we don't believe in shortcuts. Because our team comes from a professional pastry background, we treat every sponge like a technical challenge. We don't use commercial premixes or preservatives. Instead, we use high-quality French butter and Belgian chocolate to ensure the texture is exactly right, whether it's a dense fondant-covered theme cake or a light, airy mousse entremet.
