About Deliciously From Scratch
My signature Rasmalai cake is a true labour of love—it features a soft pistachio-infused sponge layered with my homemade rasmalai and a hint of cardamom. Since I bake in small, fresh batches, I can easily adjust sweetness levels or make your favourite flavour eggless, ensuring your cake is exactly how you want it to be.
When I say 'from scratch,' I mean it. I do not use pre-mixes, preservatives, or shortcuts. My process starts with high-quality flour, fresh dairy, and real fruits. Whether it is the rich, creamy Dutch Truffle or the refreshing Lemon Blueberry, every flavour profile is developed to balance richness and lightness.
Living in Doddanekundi, I have had the joy of serving families all across Bengaluru. I understand that a birthday cake or anniversary treat is not just about the sugar; it is about the connection it creates.
