When you pick a design from here, we don't just copy it. We bake your chosen sponge fresh—vanilla, chocolate, or almond—using 35% dairy fat cream and Belgian Callebaut chocolate. If you want a custom theme or a specific flavour tweak, we can usually handle it if you give us a heads-up, so let’s chat about what you’re planning.
We think cake should be the best part of any day, not just the mandatory end to a meal. That's why we focus on the artists in our kitchen. Every creation you see here avoids vegetable fat toppings entirely. We stick to real 35% dairy fat cream and high-quality Belgian Callebaut chocolate. It changes the texture and the finish completely.
Whether it's a structural 3D fondant cake for a birthday or a minimalist, high-end French entremet for an anniversary, we build the structure to match. For the sculpted pieces, we use denser sponges so they don't slump, while our fresh cream cakes stay light and airy.
