About Bursting with Freshness: Fruit & Cream Cakes

Most commercial cakes hide behind non-dairy vegetable fat toppings, but we don't play that game. We only use 35% French-style dairy fat cream. When you bite into our Mango Monarch or Strawberry Symphony, you aren't left with that waxy film on your tongue. It just melts. We bake our sponges from scratch using artisan techniques, avoiding premixes entirely, so what you get is fresh, light, and full of real fruit flavor.
