About Weapon Defense & Control
When facing a weapon, you do not have time for complex martial arts katas. You have seconds. My sessions strip away the fancy moves and focus entirely on gross motor skills, like strikes to vulnerable points, that actually work when adrenaline is spiking and you are being held at knifepoint. We do not promise safety, we build the skill to survive.
In the movies, disarming a knife-wielding attacker looks clean and choreographed. In the street, it is messy, fast, and dangerous. That is why we move away from traditional martial arts patterns. At Kavach, we train for the worst-case scenario. Whether it is a knife threat in a parking lot or a road rage confrontation involving a weapon, the goal is simple, survive and escape.
Our curriculum is built on the same principles used by elite forces, but adapted for the civilian. We train you to handle pressure. You will work on scenario-based drills where we simulate real threats, ensuring you learn to keep your head when fear tries to freeze you. You will practice defense against chokes, grabs, and edged weapons, learning to use your environment, not just your hands.
We bring in instructors with real-world experience, including commandos who have faced these threats on duty. They teach you how to assess a situation before it escalates and how to act decisively when it does. This is not about winning a medal. This is about ensuring that if you are ever targeted, you have the muscle memory to protect yourself or your family and get home safely. Whether you are a beginner or looking to advance your training, these sessions are designed to turn fear into action.
