This is what my dance fitness sessions are all about, full of energy and fun. I guide you through every step, making sure you get a great cardio workout while enjoying the music. You can see the energy of our group here at the Millennium Studio in Greater Noida.

My Zumba squad is my family. We push each other, celebrate our progress, and always have a blast. This is a shot of one of our awesome ladies-only batches after a killer session against our studio's graffiti wall.

Fitness is not just about dancing. We also focus on building core strength to support your body. Here, my clients are holding a plank, an excellent exercise for strengthening the entire core and improving posture.

I had an amazing time leading a high-energy dance workshop for talented Jr. NBA players from across the country. It was a power-packed event, and it's always a privilege to share my love for dance fitness with such large groups.

As a proud Indian, giving back is very important to me. I offer free dance classes for the children of Indian Army soldiers at my ISO certified academy. This is my way of saying Jai Hind.
