About A Message from the Coach
When you train with me, you are not just following a sequence. Whether in group sessions at Vidyavihar or 1-on-1, I bring the same intensity that earned me 5 world records. Expect strict guidance on form, breathing, and discipline—if you are ready to put in the work, I am ready to guide you.
My approach to training is simple: Ek baar bol diya, so bol diya. If I take you on as a student, I am fully committed to your progress. I don't just focus on the physical aspect of fitness; I bring Bharatiya kala (Indian art) and mindfulness into every session to build a stronger mind along with a stronger body.
Whether you are joining our group sessions in Vidyavihar, Ghatkopar, or Seawoods, or opting for personal training, you will find a consistent structure. We emphasize:
- Precision: Whether it is Hatha yoga, Power Vinyasa, or gymnastic stunts, I ensure your form is correct to prevent injury and maximize results.
