Build strength, balance, and discipline with our group sessions in Mumbai. We combine traditional yoga conditioning with gymnastics-based movement to challenge your limits.

We focus on your safety as much as your progress, which is why all our group training happens on 25mm EVA interlocking mats. Whether you are learning a basic backbend or pushing for a handstand, you will have a spotter and the right gear to ensure every rep counts.
