We focus on progressive strength building, as seen in this handstand practice session. Students use the wall for support to develop shoulder stability and balance, a foundational skill for more advanced yoga and gymnastic movements.
About Group Classes for Strength & Flexibility
We focus on your safety as much as your progress, which is why all our group training happens on 25mm EVA interlocking mats. Whether you are learning a basic backbend or pushing for a handstand, you will have a spotter and the right gear to ensure every rep counts.
Our group sessions are designed to push you beyond typical workout routines. We integrate Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga (Vinyasa), and gymnastic conditioning to build a body that is both strong and flexible.
What to Expect in Class We do not just count repetitions. We focus on form, discipline, and building a foundation. You will be practicing on professional equipment—including wall bars for assisted stretching and thick foam crash mats for advanced stunts. The sessions are structured to include:
- Warm-up & Mobility: Preparing joints for load-bearing movements.
- Strength Building: Using your own body weight for resistance.
- Flexibility Training: Progressive routines to improve posture and range of motion.
- Mental Conditioning: Short meditation and pranayama segments to finish, ensuring you leave the studio calm but energized.
Locations and Discipline We operate in Mumbai with facilities at Vidhyavihar (East), Ghatkopar, and Seawoods. Our environment is serious—we believe in punctuality and consistency.
