Using our professional air tracks and crash mats, we provide a safe, cushioned environment to master your handstands, walkovers, and splits without the fear of hitting the hard floor. You get consistent, focused spotting so you can progress faster, gain confidence, and build real strength.
At The Movement Studio, we believe flexibility is a skill you build, not something you are born with. Located right here in Yelahanka, our facility is an industrial warehouse space designed for movement. It is non-AC and open, giving us the airflow we need for high-intensity training.
