Here, nature is our biggest classroom. We blend movement, yoga, and environmental discovery to help our little folks grow physically strong and deeply connected to the world around them.

The torch relay marks the beginning of our Annual Sports Day. This event is designed to build confidence, social skills, and an understanding of healthy competition.

Our Annual Sports Day is all about joyful movement and building foundational skills. Here, a student navigates an obstacle course, developing agility, coordination, and a healthy spirit of participation.

On International Yoga Day, our lawn transforms into an outdoor yoga studio. We practice mindful, nature-based yoga, helping children feel grounded, calm, and connected.

A young student masters a yoga pose during our International Yoga Day session. We teach poses inspired by nature, like stretching like a fern or curling up like a chick in an egg.

Our nature-inspired yoga sessions are combined with storytelling. Here, children are acting out the story of 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar' through different yoga poses.

For us, every day is Environment Day. We use our lush green campus as a living classroom, teaching children to observe and appreciate nature, from the trees to the sky.

On World Environment Day, we focus on activities that build a sense of belonging to nature. Children created a 'family tree' with their handprints and made their own bird nests.

We partnered with the Green Panther Club for a parent-child nature walk. Families explored the outdoors together, using magnifying glasses to discover insects, seed pods, and other natural wonders.

Hands-on learning is a core Montessori principle. Here, children are tending to a garden bed, learning about plant life cycles by touching, feeling, and doing.

About Health, Wellness & Nature Connection

When you visit our Seetharampalya campus, you will notice the difference immediately. Our sports days and yoga sessions are not about rigid drills or performance. We focus on natural movement, with children stretching like ferns or navigating obstacle courses, because we believe building physical coordination starts with joy, not pressure.
