We believe a healthy body fuels a happy mind. Our wellness programs focus on joyful movement, sensory play, and expressive arts to keep children active and connected.

Splish, splash, it's a pool day bash. Water play is a fantastic sensory experience and a great way for children to have fun and cool off.

Our little yogis spreading positivity and flexibility. Yoga for children is about movement, balance, and laughter, helping them build strength and focus in a playful way.

The joy of dance and music is an integral part of our curriculum. We collaborate with experts to bring movement and vocal sessions to our children.

Yoga helps children connect their minds and bodies. We facilitate this process, helping them retain their natural focus and balance.

As the temperatures rise, our pool becomes a hub of fun and laughter. It's a moment of pure happiness for the children.

About Wellness, Movement & Play

Our water play sessions are more than just a splash in the pool. They are a sensory experience that helps children build confidence, social bonds, and physical coordination. We use these moments to help the little ones cool off and laugh while safely exploring water-based play under our supervision.

At Eka, our Montessori approach extends beyond the classroom walls. We understand that wellness is about balance—mental focus, physical agility, and emotional expression.

Yoga & Movement Our yoga sessions are designed for little ones to find rhythm, balance, and quiet focus through playful postures. It is not about perfect form; it is about laughter, connection, and getting comfortable in one’s own body. We follow this up with movement sessions that invite children to express themselves freely.

Music & Dance We collaborate with experts like SaPa to introduce rhythm and vocal exploration. These sessions are about exposing children to the arts as a way to engage their curiosity and energy.

Why This Matters We focus on experiential learning. Whether it is finding balance on a yoga mat or navigating the water, we are simply facilitators helping children retain their natural desire to explore. By incorporating these activities into our routine at Kumarapark West, we ensure that children are not just sitting at desks, but actively engaging with the world around them. We are grateful to the parents who trust us with these early years. Picture abhi baaki hai doston (the movie is not over yet, friends)—there is always more to discover, learn, and play.

I am here to make sure your child feels at home while they discover what their body and mind can do. We keep our groups small because that is the only way to give each child the space they need to really grow.
