About Adult Fitness & Gymnastics
We do not use heavy machines or treadmills in our adult sessions. Instead, our Adult Functional Bootcamp relies on bodyweight, medicine balls, and agility ladders because building real, functional strength comes from movement. It is about helping you move better and stronger, not standing in line for a machine.
As an NIS-qualified coach, I believe in fitness that actually translates to your daily life. Whether you are looking to build a solid core, improve your balance, or finally learn gymnastics skills like handstands and splits, my training method focuses on the fundamentals first.
Why My Approach Works
I do not believe in shortcuts or endless cardio on a treadmill. My training focuses on:
- Functional Movement: We use HIIT and circuit drills to build stamina and agility, keeping your heart rate up and your muscles engaged.
- Technical Mastery: Whether it is a basic squat or advanced gymnastics conditioning, safety and form are non-negotiable. I personally oversee all technique to ensure you are training correctly.
- Versatile Environments: We train in two dedicated locations in Faridabad. We use our Sector 16 studio for indoor sessions with mats and professional gear, and RPS Savana Park in Sector 88 for outdoor training when the weather is right. Both environments are perfect for testing your limits.
