Foundation Aerobics Batch (Beginner)
Schedule & Batch Details
- Frequency: 2 to 3 sessions per week (typically Mon/Wed/Fri or Sat/Sun).
- Duration: 60 minutes of rigorous activity per session.
- Class Size: Group training with approx. 12-15 students per coach.
Training Drills
- Rhythm: Learning to move to 8-count beats to improve musicality.
- Motor Skills: Drills including marching, jumping jacks, and step-touch routines.
- Strength: Assisted splits, vertical jumps, and leg strengthening exercises using floor markers.
Facility & Setup
- Flooring: Professional-grade padded puzzle mats and sprung floors to prevent injury.
- Equipment: Usage of foam blocks and soft landing mats.
- Conditioning: High-ceiling industrial shed with wall-mounted fans (No AC).
Coaching Style
- Type: Strict verbal correction combined with encouraging instruction.
- Languages: Instruction provided in a mix of English and functional Kannada.
Competitive Performance Squad (Advanced)
High-Intensity Schedule
- Frequency: 4 to 5 sessions per week.
- Duration: 90 to 120 minutes per session to accommodate stamina building.
- Style: Bootcamp-style rigor with high-repetition drills for speed and precision.
Advanced Syllabus
- Choreography: Complex routines involving high-speed transitions and Wenson balances.

- Prep: In-house mock meets to simulate pressure before events like CBSE Nationals.

Why I Coach Kids' Aerobics
I see kids walk in shy or restless, and after a few sessions, they’re counting beats, moving with rhythm, and surprising themselves. Aerobics here isn’t just about jumping to music. It’s about building real strength, focus, and confidence, step by step.
What Happens in Class
- We start with warm-ups and stretches. I always say, Nidhāna māḍi (do it slowly), but do it right.
- Kids learn to move in time, follow counts, and pick up basic routines. It’s not just fun group exercise for children - it’s the foundation for any sport.
- We work on stamina and flexibility with simple moves like jumps, leg lifts, and core exercises. No shortcuts, but lots of encouragement.
- Discipline is a big part. I keep things playful, but I expect kids to listen, try, and support each other.
Programs for Every Kid
- For beginners (as young as 3), we have recreational batches. It’s all about fun, making friends, and getting off the screens. Banni banni! (Come, come!)
- For those who want more, there’s competitive training. Here, we focus on routines, performance, and preparing for competitions.
I’m strict when I need to be, but I cheer the loudest when kids nail it. If you want your child to build fitness and coordination, and actually enjoy it, this is the place.

My Story
Hey, we’re Aerial Zone. Gymnastics is kinda our life and Dr. Anuradha leads us with all her heart. Our place? Not just a gym, it’s where kids find their groove, build confidence, and sometimes, like Lekhana, end up dancing on TV! We care about medals, sure, but we love seeing kids laugh, mess up, try again. Our team’s got big experience, but it’s the small wins that make us proud. Come, be part of our madhouse.
My Work
Gymnastics, Aerobics & Fitness Classes - We coach kids in artistic and rhythmic gymnastics, aerobics, and regular fitness. All levels welcome.
Summer Fitness Camp for Children - Fun summer camps for kids aged 3-15. Beginners and experienced both find their spot here.
Our Way of Teaching - We push for discipline, shout 'Go fast!', but there’s always time for silly fun after class.
Competition Training - Want medals? We prep kids for inter-school, CBSE Nationals, and more. Winning’s cool, trying is cooler.
