My pickles are not made in a factory; they are crafted in small batches at home using 5 to 7 days of natural sun-drying. I use cold-pressed mustard oil and hand-ground spices to ensure every jar stays free from vinegar and artificial preservatives, keeping the taste pure and healthy.
The secret behind our taste is simple: tradition. Whether it is the fibrous texture of our Jackfruit (Kathal) achaar or the spicy punch of our Bharwa Lal Mirch, we stick to recipes handed down through generations in Bihar. We do not just sell pickles; we share memories of home. Each of our 21+ varieties is packed in wide-mouth glass containers to maintain freshness without needing chemical additives. We focus on low-oil recipes that are better for digestion while keeping the 'khat-mitthi' balance just right.
