About this collection
Our mango and lemon pickles are sun-dried for 3 to 4 days in the traditional way, allowing the flavors to develop naturally without using artificial preservatives or vinegar. This slow, patient process is how we ensure that every jar brings you the authentic ghar ka swaad you've been craving, without any shortcuts or fake colors.
We believe that the best things take time. At Achari Adda, we don't rely on industrial mass production; we stick to Kacchi Ghani (cold-pressed) mustard oil for that authentic aroma and depth of flavor. For our specialized oil-free variants, like the Heeng Mango and specific lemon recipes, we rely on extended natural fermentation to build that signature tang.
