About Strength, Agility & Conditioning

At our Kanteerava Stadium facility, conditioning isn't an afterthought. It is the core of everything we do. You will train on professional 25mm interlocking mats, utilizing agility ladders, medicine balls, and resistance bands to build the raw power needed for competition sparring. It is sweaty, intense, and absolutely essential for any serious athlete.

Success comes to those willing to work harder than anyone else. Our motto is simple: dimag aur dil is hisab se saksham hai ki tu ek lakh khade kar de marna manjoor hai ghutna nahin hai. We take that philosophy and apply it to every training session.

Our conditioning program is designed for performance. We focus on stamina building, utilizing the stadium infrastructure for stair running, floor sprints, and agility drills. Whether you are prepping for Olympic style Kyorugi sparring or mastering Poomsae forms, your body needs to be ready. We prioritize flexibility training to help students achieve head level high section kicks, coupled with bodyweight calisthenics to build functional strength.

Classes run 3 days a week, with 75 to 90 minute sessions that allow for deep conditioning and technique work. Our batches are segregated by skill level, meaning whether you are a beginner looking to get fit or a competitive athlete eyeing state and national medals, you get the specific attention you need. We provide the kicking shields and targets; you bring the discipline to show up consistently. If you want to be part of the Team KTA competition squad, this is where you build your foundation.
