About this collection
Training here isn't just about showing up, it’s about consistent effort. You will be on the mats at Sree Kanteerava Stadium, working through high-volume striking drills, agility ladder sessions, and sparring simulations. We push hard because we are training you for more than just a belt, we are training you to compete and win.
Our daily training curriculum is designed to sharpen both body and mind, rooted in the World Taekwondo style. Every session focuses on three core pillars: conditioning, technique, and combat readiness.
The Training Framework
- Technical Mastery: We break down Poomsae (forms) and footwork mechanics to ensure precision. Whether it is a roundhouse kick or a defensive block, you will drill the movement until it becomes second nature.
- Combat Simulation: Kyorugi sparring is essential. We use safety gear and controlled scenarios so you can test your reaction times and strategy in a safe environment.
- Conditioning: You will encounter intense stadium runs, calisthenics, and agility drills. As we say, Push up maadbeku! (You must do pushups!). These are not just exercises, they are the foundation of a resilient fighter.
