My father, Sultan Singh ji, named the shop 'Kadimi,' which is the Farsi word for 'oldest.' Today, we are proud to continue this legacy into our fourth generation. Our commitment is simple: we do not cut corners with quality. Whether it is our signature Dhodha Burfi or our daily batches of Besan Ladoo, everything is prepared in pure desi ghee, maintaining the rich, authentic taste that our regulars have cherished for 50 or 60 years.
