About Our Story & Sweet-Making Process
My father started this journey 30 years ago with a simple belief: mithai is the language of love. Whether it is our signature Ghewar or a fresh batch of samosas, we still use the same traditional cooking methods he taught me to ensure every bite feels like home.
A Legacy Built on Love
What started as a small shop in Paschim Vihar three decades ago has grown into a space where neighbours become family. My father, Jitendra Kumar Jain, laid the foundation in 1995 not just to sell products, but to be there for every high and low in your life. Today, we carry those same values forward in both our Paschim Vihar and Karam Pura outlets.
The Process: Keeping It Authentic
In a world of mass production, we choose the slow way. We stick to pure vegetarian ingredients and traditional recipes passed down through our family. You will not find shortcuts in our kitchen. From the slow reduction of milk for our rabri to the precise temperature needed for perfect Ghewar, everything is done with patience.
We bridge the gap between classic Indian sweets and modern gifting. Whether you need a simple box of laddoos for a house pooja or a complex, modern hamper for a corporate event, the Jaina touch remains the same. We focus on quality because we know that when you share our food, you are sharing our reputation with your own guests.
Our doors are always open, and our kitchen is always firing. If you want to know how we make something or need a custom order for your next celebration, just reach out.
