About Holi Ki Mithaas: Our Gujiya Collection
We still shape every single Gujiya by hand in our Jangpura kitchen. While many switch to machine production for the Holi rush, we stick to the old ways because the texture of hand filled khoya and the crunch of the crust cannot be replicated otherwise. When you bite into one, you are tasting a century of practice, not just a seasonal treat.
What sets our Gujiya apart is the consistency of our ingredients. We use pure desi ghee for frying, which gives the outer shell that distinct aroma and golden hue that vegetable oil simply cannot match. Our fillings, whether it is the classic khoya with dried fruits or our unique Panjiri blend, are prepared in small batches to ensure the flavour remains authentic.
