I run Kadimi just how my father and his father did - with a lot of care, and a bit of old-school charm. Four generations, same recipes, same pure Desi Ghee, and honestly, the best feeling is when someone tells me, “Mere parents ki shaadi ki mithai bhi yahin se li thi” (My parents' wedding sweets were from here too).
