The Kadimi promise

We don't have a separate 'bulk' kitchen. Everything—from our Dal Makhani to our Seasonal Mix Veg—is cooked in the same kitchen in Bhogal, using the same family recipes my father, Sultan Singh ji, established four generations ago. We use pure desi ghee and focus on authentic North Indian flavors. If you need a completely vegetarian, no onion, no garlic menu for a religious function or family pooja, we have the experience to make it happen without losing the taste that people in Delhi have loved for 100 years.
