Essential 2 BHK Turnkey Package (Laminate Finish)
Core Woodwork & Modular Systems
- Modular Kitchen: L-shaped or Parallel layout using BWP (Boiling Water Proof) plywood carcass. Shutters finished in 1mm High-Gloss or Matte Laminates with factory-sealed edge banding. Includes soft-close hinges, tandem box drawers (Ebco/Hettich), and basic Quartz or Granite countertop.
- Wardrobes (2 Units): Floor-to-ceiling storage. Master bedroom features sliding doors; Guest bedroom features hinged shutters. Internal carcass in commercial ply; exteriors in premium suede/textured laminate with lofts.
- Living Room Units: Wall-mounted TV console with base storage drawers and back paneling. Standard shoe cabinet (capacity 15-20 pairs) in the foyer.
