Core Woodwork & Joinery
- Modular Kitchen: L-shaped or Parallel layout (up to 12 rft) using BWP (Boiling Water Proof) marine ply carcass. Shutters finished in 1mm high-gloss or matte laminate. Includes soft-close hinges and telescopic wire baskets (Cutlery, Thali, Plain, Bottle pull-out).
- Master Wardrobe: Floor-to-ceiling unit (up to 8ft wide). Sliding or hinged mechanism with block-board/ply shutters finished in dual-tone laminates. Includes internal loft storage.
- Guest Wardrobe: Standard hinged wardrobe (up to 6ft wide) with loft storage. Finished in standard colored laminate or wood textures.
- TV Unit: Minimalist floating console design (approx. 5ft x 4ft) with basic back paneling and drawers.

- False Ceiling: Gyproc gypsum false ceiling for Living and Dining areas (peripheral cove or simple tray design) including concealed lighting provision.
- Electricals: Supply and installation of basic LED COB lights and strip lights for the false ceiling area.
- Pooja Unit: Compact standalone unit or integrated shelf design with CNC jali detailing.
- Foyer: Basic shoe cabinet with laminate finish and seating ledge.

My Story
Hey, we’re Anil and Thanusha - civil engineer and architect, but mostly, partners who love building homes, not just houses. We quit the corporate life in Bangalore and started The Inside Story, our first baby! For us, it’s about emotion, not just walls and paint. When our clients say, ‘naavu ankondidkinta tumba chennagi maadikottidira’ (you’ve done better than we imagined), that’s the best part. Quality over quantity, always.
