Complete Turnkey Interior Solution (3 BHK)
Scope & Civil
- Management: Dedicated designer with 2D/3D layouts, material selection visits, and end-to-end project management.
- Civil Works: Includes minor demolition for open layouts, floor protection during execution, and post-work deep cleaning.
Modular Woodwork
- Kitchen: L or U-shaped layout using BWP Marine Grade Plywood. Finished in 1.5mm High-Gloss or Anti-scratch Acrylic. Includes Quartz stone countertop (40-50 rft) and Hettich/Hafele soft-close tandem boxes.
- Master Wardrobe: 8x9 ft floor-to-ceiling sliding unit. Finished in Lacquered glass with Gold/Rose Gold profile handles on a BWR carcass.
- Guest/Kids Wardrobes: 2 hinged wardrobes in Premium Laminate or PU finish with edge-profile handles.
- Living: Floating TV unit with marble-finish laminate back paneling and foyer shoe rack with seated cushion.
Ceiling & Electricals
- False Ceiling: Gypsum ceiling (Saint Gobain/USG Boral) covering Living, Dining, and all Bedrooms with peripheral coves.
- Lighting: Supply and install of LED strips, COB architectural lights, and magnetic track lights in the living area.
- Electrical: Shifting of points and new switch sockets (GM/Norisys type).
Furniture & Decor
- Custom Furniture: King-size bed with Chesterfield-style tufted velvet headboard. Custom L-shaped Sofa in premium suede/velvet fabric.
- Soft Furnishing: Floor-to-ceiling curtains (sheer + blackout) for all windows.
- Wall Treatment: Accent wall in Living/Dining using fluted panels, gold PVD inlay strips, or wallpaper.
Essential Modular Woodwork Package (3 BHK)
Modular Kitchen
- Core Material: BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Greenply/Century Plywood for wet areas.
- Finish: High-gloss Acrylic or Merino Tuff Gloss laminates in solid colors.
- Hardware: Soft-closing hinges and telescopic channels (Ebco/Hettich). Includes SS wire baskets, oil pull-outs, and waste bin holder.
Bedroom Storage
- Master Bedroom: 7-8 ft wide wall-to-wall sliding wardrobe. Features tinted mirror sections or fluted laminate bands with metallic profile handles.
- Guest & Kids Rooms: 2 Hinged wardrobes with lofts up to ceiling height. Finished in 1mm Textured or Suede Laminates with color-blocking.
Living & Utility Units
- TV Unit: Main hall entertainment unit with base cabinets and open display shelving.
- Pooja Unit: Compact custom-designed unit with CNC Jali work doors and back-lighting.
- Vanity: Under-counter moisture-resistant storage units for 2 bathrooms.
Package Exclusions
- Civil & Electrical: Does not include civil work, false ceiling, or electrical rewiring.
- Supplies: Excludes granite/quartz slab supply, appliances (chimney/hob), and loose furniture like beds or sofas.
