About About Me & My Team
Real design isn't just about glossy 3D renders. My team is on-site every single day, managing the carpenters, painters, and electricians. If a plumbing point needs shifting or a finish doesn't match the sample, we handle it before it becomes a problem for you.
Transitioning from a freelancer to a firm owner taught me that this industry is rarely about perfection. It is about how you handle the mess. That is why Jois Design House exists. We are a young, energetic team based in Jayanagar, and our philosophy is simple: honesty over hype.
When you see our work in residential apartments across Bangalore, you are seeing the result of hours spent coordinating site teams and solving problems, not just drafting layouts. We focus on Indo-contemporary maximalism because it allows us to blend traditional aesthetics with modern storage needs. Whether it is a compact 1 BHK or a 3 BHK unit, we apply the same rigour to every square foot.
We do not hide behind corporate jargon. If a timeline slips, we tell you immediately. If a material is not right for your budget, we suggest an alternative that works better. My goal is to build homes that are lived-in and functional, not just museum pieces. We are here to guide you, manage the vendors, and ensure the final handover matches the vision we promised at the start.
