Essential Laminate Package
Core Joinery & Woodwork
- Modular Kitchen: Custom L-shape or Parallel layout using BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Grade Plywood core. Finished with 1mm Matte or High-Gloss Laminates (Merino/Century). Includes Hettich/Hafele soft-close hinges, tandem boxes, and bottle pull-outs.
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling storage for 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom features sliding or hinged mechanism with loft storage. Guest/Kids rooms feature hinged wardrobes. Internals made of BWR Ply with white laminate lining.
- Living Units: Floating TV console with laminate finish and simple background paneling. Foyer shoe rack with seating ledge.
False Ceiling & Electrical
- Gypsum Ceiling: Saint Gobain Gypsum board false ceiling for Living and Dining areas.
- Durability Spec: Channels installed at dense 450mm spacing (market standard is 600mm) to specifically prevent sagging or cracks.
- Electrical: Relocation of switch points and installation of basic LED COB lights and strip lights in false ceiling areas.
Civil & Site Services
- Painting: Asian Paints Royale emulsion with 2 coats of putty and primer.
- Site Protection: Full floor coverage using corrugated sheets to prevent damage during work.
- Handover: Deep cleaning of the site post-execution.
Signature Acrylic & Veneer
Premium Finishes
- Gourmet Kitchen: Shutters upgraded to High-Gloss Acrylic or Anti-Scratch Acrylic for a glass-like finish. Includes specialized blind corner optimizers (Magic corners) and heavy-duty pantry units. Countertop upgraded to Premium Quartz.
- Glass Wardrobes: Master Bedroom features Tinted or Lacquered Glass shutters in Aluminum profiles with internal sensor LED lighting.
- Veneer Accents: TV Unit combines Natural Veneer elements with PU polish or marble-finish laminates.
Aesthetic Treatments
- Wall Decor: Installation of decorative wainscoting, mouldings, or fluted paneling in Living areas and Master Bedroom.
- Ceiling Coverage: False ceiling design extended to all bedrooms (not just living areas), including cove lighting provisions.
- Texture Paint: Accent walls finished with texture paint; washable premium emulsion used elsewhere.

- Electrical: Extensive planning including 2-way switches and footlights.
- Material Mix: Curation involving warm wood tones (Veneer) mixed with modern solid finishes (Acrylic).

- PU Duco Finishes: Kitchen and carpentry upgraded to Polyurethane (PU) Duco Paint (Matte or Gloss). This removes all edge-banding lines for a seamless, factory-finished look.
- Premium Hardware: Drawers and lift systems upgraded to Blum Legrabox or Grass Slim systems.
- Walk-in Concepts: Master Suite features walk-in closet designs or extensive glass wardrobes with anodized profiles.
Civil Overhaul & Bathrooms
- Bathroom Renovation: Complete remodeling including demolition of builder tiles, new waterproofing, premium large-format tiling (4x2), and custom vanity creation.
- Flooring: Installation of SPC or Engineered Wooden flooring in Master and Guest bedrooms.
- Structural Changes: Demolition of non-load bearing walls to create open kitchens or larger suites.

My Story
Hey, we’re Arjit and Sushmita - Elysian is basically us, plus our pup Cookie who’s the real boss now. We started out just wanting to make spaces that feel like home, not showrooms. You’ll catch us making silly reels or hustling at sites, sometimes with Cookie under the desk. Designing is our life, but honestly, we forget our own rooms half the time. We just want to create spaces with soul, for you and for us.
