I am proud to have represented India and trained students who have won gold medals at the World Taekwondo Culture Expo in South Korea. This experience at the heart of Taekwondo enriches the Olympic-level training I provide to all my students.

The Journey of a Student: Belt Promotions

We follow a formal belt system where progress is earned and celebrated. These belt promotion ceremonies are a proud moment for students, marking their dedication and the new skills they have mastered.

Core Training: Discipline, Forms & Fitness

Our classes build a strong foundation through disciplined practice of forms (Poomsae), fundamental stances, and rigorous fitness conditioning. Students learn focus and respect while developing physical strength, flexibility, and agility.

Dynamic Kicking & Sparring Drills

Students apply their skills in practical, high-energy drills, including powerful kicking techniques (Chagi) and controlled sparring (Kyorugi). We emphasize proper technique and safety, using full protective gear for all sparring sessions.

Our Dojang: A Safe & Professional Training Space

We have two fully-equipped dojangs in Chellikere and Banaswadi. Both locations feature matted floors for safety, mirrors for self-correction, and all the necessary equipment like punching bags and kicking pads for a complete training experience.
